Google Google Integration Guide Beta

What does the Google Integration do?

The Google integration connects your Taubase CRM with your Google account to provide:

  • Calendar Sync: Two-way synchronization between your Google Calendar and Taubase job dates and appointments
  • Email Context: View customer-related emails from Gmail directly within your CRM
  • Smart Linking: Automatically connect email conversations to relevant customers and projects
Privacy: Your Google connection is private to your account only. Other Taubase users cannot access your Google data.

How to Connect

  1. In Taubase, go to Admin → App Integrations
  2. Find Google Workspace in Available Integrations
  3. Click Connect to Google
  4. Sign into your Google account and grant permissions

Permissions Explained

Calendar Access To sync job dates and appointments with your Google Calendar
Gmail (Read-only) To display customer-related emails within your CRM for context
Basic Profile To identify which Google account is connected
Security: We never send emails from your account or modify your Gmail. All Gmail access is read-only.

How We Use Your Data

  • Calendar events: Stored in Taubase to enable CRM functionality and two-way sync
  • Email content: Displayed in context but not permanently stored
  • Profile info: Used only for account identification

We never share your Google data with third parties. You can disconnect at any time from your Taubase settings.
